EU portfolio preparation
This portfolio-level checklist is based on official EU sources. Each SKU still requires its own classification, testing and destination review; it does not state that VINA GRAIN is compliant, registered or currently eligible for import.
Distinguish brewers’ grains, inactivated brewer’s yeast, maize grain and their derivatives; determine the description, process and declarations against the actual material.
EU Catalogue of Feed MaterialsReview names, sales information and every claim against evidence for the correct SKU; Internet advertising is also within feed presentation and labelling scope.
Regulation (EC) No 767/2009Determine establishment and operator obligations while preserving SKU, source, lot, sampling, storage and document-flow identity.
Regulation (EC) No 183/2005The buyer/importer should confirm requirements by SKU and destination, including GM status or increased controls where applicable.
European Commission - Feed Import OperatorsListing one SKU does not mean the whole portfolio is approved. The applicable scope depends on material identity, source, process, destination Member State and operator roles; the buyer/importer and suitable advisers should verify current requirements before each transaction.
