SKU 03 · Maize (corn)

Distinguish maize grain from maize derivatives before offering it.

EU Catalogue entry 1.2.1 describes maize/corn as grains of Zea mays. Ground maize, maize bran, maize protein and maize protein feed are different identities; VINA GRAIN must confirm the actual material before issuing a TDS or offer.

EU portfolio preparation

One common checklist, one evidence set for every SKU.

This portfolio-level checklist is based on official EU sources. Each SKU still requires its own classification, testing and destination review; it does not state that VINA GRAIN is compliant, registered or currently eligible for import.

Destination and import operator

The buyer/importer should confirm requirements by SKU and destination, including GM status or increased controls where applicable.

European Commission - Feed Import Operators

Listing one SKU does not mean the whole portfolio is approved. The applicable scope depends on material identity, source, process, destination Member State and operator roles; the buyer/importer and suitable advisers should verify current requirements before each transaction.
